Gym Rules and Information

  • To keep  track of our gym times, members are advised to view the timetable.
  • Subscribe to our mailing list for updates, notifications and important information.
  • Once you are member, you will have access to joining our Whats app group and be motivated at all times . It is important to join this group as class time changes etc will be posted here. Whats app KT on 083 786 2787 and you will added .
  • Please keep track of all your sessions attended .Remember that you can always upgrade your package , we don’t allow you to downgrade your package.
  • Note that all sessions must be completed within the the dates stated ! No sessions will be carried over to the next season.
  • To achieve your goals , you have to be committed to the programme. This is by attending classes regularly .
  • You will need the following items when you join: Dumbells (2- 5kg for women, 4 – 10kg for men) , Mat and Towel
  • Please be punctual for class to avoid missing out and disrupting others.
  • We regret no children are allowed in class.
